Welcome to CallBro ("we," "our," or "us"). We are currently in beta development and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered meeting assistant service. Please note that CallBro is currently in development and has not yet been formally registered as a legal entity.

CallBro captures audio from your meetings to provide transcription, summarization, and AI assistance services. This includes:

  • Meeting summaries and action items
  • Chat interactions with our AI

2.3 Workspace Connections

If you choose to connect workspace tools (Google Docs, Confluence, CRMs, task managers), we access only the data necessary to provide AI assistance during your meetings.

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process meeting audio and generate transcripts and summaries
  • Answer your questions during meetings using connected workspace context
  • Create tasks in your connected project management tools
  • Communicate with you about beta access, updates, and support
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models and features

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. Meeting data is encrypted in transit and at rest. For Enterprise Standalone customers, data remains entirely on your infrastructure.

Please note: We are have plans for SOC 2 Type II compliance but have not yet achieved certification.

5. Data Retention

Meeting data is retained for the duration of your account unless you choose to delete it. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to help operate our business, including:

  • Cloud hosting providers
  • AI/ML model providers
  • Analytics services
  • Email communication tools

These third parties have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
