By accessing or using CallBro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). CallBro is currently in beta development and has not yet been formally registered as a legal entity. These Terms may change as we develop our service and establish our formal legal structure.

2. Description of Service

CallBro is an AI-powered meeting assistant that captures, transcribes, summarizes meeting audio, and provides real-time AI assistance during meetings. The Service is provided in beta and may contain bugs, errors, and functionality gaps.

3. Beta Service Disclaimer

CallBro is currently in beta. You understand and agree that:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• Your use of the Service is at your own risk
• The Service may not be reliable, accurate, or available at all times
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service without notice
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the beta Service

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Obtain all necessary consents before recording meetings
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas
• Not use the Service to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Recording and Consent

You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and permissions before recording any meeting or conversation using CallBro. This includes informing all participants that the meeting is being recorded and obtaining their consent where required by law. CallBro is not responsible for your failure to obtain proper consent.

6. Intellectual Property

CallBro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (meeting data, transcripts, etc.), but you grant us a license to use, process, and store such content to provide the Service to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate transcripts, summaries, and other content. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You should review all AI-generated output before relying on it for important decisions or actions. We are not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated content.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party tools and services (Google Workspace, CRMs, project management tools, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALLBRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallBro, its founders, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CallBro is eventually established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
